Hello, so during my recent binge of making lots I wanted to make a nice little starter home for my sims. As you know, sometimes you want to get right into playing a sim (or sims) and want to bypass making the little hut or shack the most sims need before they make enough money to upgrade and renovate. So in the interest of solving this problem, I present to you the "Miniscule Micro Home". This small abode has a bathroom, bedroom, livingroom and kitchen, and a shed outside with a little garden aswell. It's all fully furnished, and can be purchased with the starter funds of a single sim.

Your sim will have $425 after buying this house with the starter funds from a single sim that is fresh out of cash.
